1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of NammoraX ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
NammoraX provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Digital marketing and advertising management
- Social media management and content creation
- Brand identity and graphic design
3. Project Terms & Payment
All projects are subject to a signed proposal or agreement. Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Standard terms include:
- 50% advance payment before project commencement
- Remaining balance due upon project completion before final delivery
- Retainer services are billed monthly in advance
NammoraX reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not received as agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, content, and materials required for the project
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
- Ensuring they have rights to all content provided to NammoraX
- Timely communication and feedback to avoid project delays
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables specific to their project. NammoraX retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All development tools, frameworks, and third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or data to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
NammoraX's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or business opportunities.
8. SEO & Digital Marketing Results
While we employ industry best practices, NammoraX cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or advertising results. Digital marketing performance depends on many factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes and market conditions.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or retainer engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka, India.
